Yesterday was a rest day. I managed to eat 4000 calories which was my goal for my rest days.

Thanks for the information. It looks like I should concentrate on getting the best quality fish oil at a reasonable price and not so much regarding the ration between EPA and DHA

thank you for everyone's input. That sounds like a resounding no. Therefore someone who is at the advanced level on the Crossfit skills chart is unlikely to be able to be competitive at the games...

Goal was 33 and I hit 33. Performed outside on a freezing cold bar, it's cold up in Canada these days. Maybe that helped because my hands were frozen to the bar.
