I only "sell" things I use myself and it's usually because people are asking anyway. Currently that seems to be Pure Pharma, Stronger Faster Healthier, and FitAid. I see no problem.

My point is, you cannot use one person as a model for how to train. Find a smart program that works for YOU.

Just did Smolov Jr with front squats...maxing Saturday. Old PR was 275...last day had me do 10x3 at 250...had to do second 5x3 at 245 though. Hopefully I'll hit 300!

We've had quite a few pairs break.

We ship them back to Rogue and they send us a new pair. If it wasn't for the lifetime warranty I wouldn't buy them again.

Great work Courtney!

Tested Sumo Deadlift PRs today and everyone is up.

I hit 415 pretty easily then mentally fell apart at 430. Still though, that's a 30# PR and 5# higher than my conventional.

I'm still Backloading the night before (usually workout around 10:30am) with great success, but I've added carbs post workout as well. Seems to be working.

The fan, as already stated, does a great job of moving large amounts of air. The gym is still humid (yay, NC), but is way more bearable with the fan...plus our bill in the summer for "cooling" is...
