OK, so this variation might be easier than any other number of exercises.

My pull-up bar is in a stairwell so I don't have the space for windshield wipers. For the time spent on the bar I believe...

Another factor in this could be that the Roman soldiers who were not so strong to begin with didn't live to see 30. The weak got weeded out fast.

I would do them all the same type. I did this until I could get down and do 100 push-ups in one set. Then I just did a 100 set rep every morning and worked on getting my time down.
