i take fish oil bought from prosource.net they have their own line of supplements. the quality is good and the price is good as well. check it out. i take 9g a day.

one arm pullups

at 15% you should be able to see the top 2 abs and at 9% you should be able to see all 6 and at 7% you should be able to see your obliques and all the striations. that's a general rule of thumb.
