Thanks! I entered my info into some different calculators and got different numbers every time. It looks like I need around 2200 to maintain my weight, although I am wanting to lose fat. Thanks guys!

I really don't see a problem with following WW while CFing. Just use your points (calories) on Zone friendly foods (lean meat, veggies, nuts and a little fruit) and not 100 calorie packs and frozen...

Alix - I hate double unders too. I've been practicing them a little extra in my warm up (along with pull ups) because I'm determined to beat them! We can do it!!

Oh, and I also only get 12 blocks. I don't think you have to be tiny and sedentary to eat only 11. I'm 153 with 23% BF.
