The only concern I could possibly see is that when we drop...

Re: My 30 Day Strict Paleo Challenge - Day 7 - Got Some Questions

Re: CFF Paleo meals low on carbs?

There are almost no carbs - in fact, one pic has just a chicken breast and macadamia nuts. I'm not talking low carbs. A lot of people think the Zone is low carbs. This looks like near zero carbs. ...

Re: Paleo giving me the runs!

Veggies I'm eating are broccoli, spring mix/spinach, peppers and tomatoes. Fruits are berries and grapefruit. Could it really be from a lack of variety?

I'll try lowering the fat. Could lots of...

Re: Shoulder pain every time I OHS

not the armpit, more like inside the deltoid.

I'm right handed so the left arm doesn't get used for much outside CF.

Shoulder pain every time I OHS

It never fails. I think my technique is good, I know the bar is overhead and I'm pressing my shoulders high in my ears.

The pain is "inside" my shoulder, almost always left one, and it lasts for...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mkTBgSYQANY (wfs)

Here's my workout buddy doing 135# OHS. Clearly the bar drops on the right side. Why is this and what can he do to fix the problem?

Also,...
