Did 5 rounds in 18:25. This was the first time I ever did cleans. Felt pretty comfortable with them and did not have any issues. Brutal though!

Aha! That's right. I forgot to mention the constant variety. A big plus to preventing adaptation and encouraging constant improvement.

That's systemic fatigue. If you have headaches too, that's another indication of overtaining. Nothing wrong with adding a rest day in there.
