The only difference is double the protein to 40g post-workout. Studies have shown that a larger dose is better absorbed and utilized by older individuals.

I think it looks just fine. Plenty of carbs for glycogen replenishment and some protein. If it was me I would probably add half a scoop of protein to the smoothie to up the protein content a bit.
