Re: Garage Gym Questions

My .02 having had a garage gym for almost 3 years is to get some stall mats, as others have said. Huge difference in noise and confidence in dropping your valuables.

Re: Stall mats dirty or not?

Also got ours from Tractor Supply +1

They do seem to get hands, knees, shirts, etc a little dirty especially when combined with sweat, but I've never encountered permanent staining or anything....

Re: Practicing At Home

Maybe it's just me but I like to practice my squat form outside of the gym. Just making sure everything lines up, getting all the way down, etc. Sometime using a broom stick or PVC pipe for back,...

Re: Relatively new and in need of help! :(

Think about how quickly you got to that level before & now that your body has been there, it'll take less time to get back!

Also set small goals that you can reach (make it to multiple classes, do 3...

Re: Rogue Customer Service

I agree with the other replies. I had to contact them when a speed rope inexplicably came apart. No hesitation, they shipped a replacement that same day & I received it 3 days later.

Sorry to hear...

Re: skipping ropes

Not sure about "all" but all the ones I've seen are, even the cheaper ones from online marketplaces. When I was cutting my first one to the proper length, I was surprised actually that it was several...

Hey everybody, glad to be here

Just wanted to post a greeting to everyone here. I've been a lurker on the boards for a few months, but used to come to site for the WOD starting about a year & a half ago. After reading & learning a...

Re: Selling Fringesport Bomba bar and 35# High Temps

Hey Blair,

I might be interested in taking this stuff off your hands, although I'm in CA so not sure what would be the best way to coordinate. I'm about 2 hours from Sac but could meetup or whatever...
