Deadlift a total of 3500 lbs (for men I think it was 5000). Everytime you take a break between reps, you must do 10 double unders.

I find that dairy can create more sinus / breathing issues than grains, at least for me.

Try cutting out the dairy for a couple of weeks and you might also supplement with at least 5000 IU vitamin...

Hey, that's really similar to the partner WOD we did last night, except it was after DLs 5x3 so it had a 10 min cap, and the movements were thrusters and pull-ups. The reps were basically cut in half...
