It won't. Training 3-5 reps with more weight will help you to use less weight for ten reps. A BW bench press becomes farther and farther from your 1RM and thus gets easier to do in an endurance...

I'm not saying that more reps than five should never be done. If a person is doing Crossfit, then obviously he will be doing exactly that. However, if that person wants to do other work to increase...

I fail to see how this will efficiently increase strength. Strength work should stay at 5 or less reps per set. Any more and the focus starts to change towards endurance. All forms of variation are...
