Thanks for the links! I'll definitely check them out. . . I've heard arguments for and against externally rotated shoulders and it seems like most tend towards external rotation being more stable....

Thanks for all the feedback everyone! I'll definitely work on staying tight, breaking hips first then knees, and incorporating some of those stretches. Looking forward to nailing a new PR here...
