Maybe do some Olympic Lifting for a while then get back into CrossFit. You will be surprised how much easier a lot of WODs are once you get better at Oly. But be prepared to lose some Endurance. ...

My biggest unseen expense was flooring. Got killed buying mats for our new 6000 sq ft.

Cant beat the price with Wright Equipment. Jason Hughes is the contact and if you ever have an issue with equipment its replaced without question. There is no way I would pay top dollar for bumper...

Out of approx 40 CrossFit Gyms that I know of personally - they all have full time jobs including myself. Either spouse, partners, good friends that are trainers are the only way to keep it running...

Those numbers can vary big time which I just found out while opening a second location.
Rent was a huge factor along with flooring. Wright Equipment was the cheapest vendor and did a great job....
