For me it's the DU. I could do that workout minus the DU and feel very little pain.

Yesterday's self hazing:

5 rounds of:

10 ring dips
10 2 pood kb swings
25 double unders

I didn't have time to read through all of these but I'm going to subscribe this thread. Here is one I did on a Sunday that destroyed me.

5 pullups with 40# vest

My un-bread doesn't look the same. It tastes closer to cornbread, but that may be the ground flax i bought. I only found it at Target so far. I may try grinding my own with a coffee grinder.

I served your chocolate orange cake at the GSX cert today. I think some people enjoyed it. I thought it tasted great. Focaccia is in the oven now.

I don't know. I'm not measuring fat but I'd guess closer to 20-30 blocks of fat. I feel better already.
