I've said a few times now that there are two squat racks available to which this rule does NOT apply. The rule only applies to the two power racks. Fine, the squat rack has sides with a fixed height...

Okay maybe I wasn't clear. There are also squat racks available. The idea of the sign is to keep SOME racks free as much as possible for heavier lifting.

Oh no I assume squats over 200lbs for the main workout. Your warmups wouldn't be included for that.

Although there are also two squat racks as well for those who aren't up to 200lbs yet.

Okay probably no one remembers but last year, I mentioned how my University Gym got rid of all the machines and replaced them with power racks and a crapload of bumper plates, not to mention a bunch...
