Re: IBS, thinking of mixing up diet

Re: vegetarian paleo?
What about eating meat (or Paleo if it applies) leads you to believe that it will afford you the luxury of going hard and fast into the dirt anymore than a vegetarian diet would?

Re: vegetarian paleo?
I knew from the title of the thread that things would end up this way. Those who love meat shouldn't feel the need to claim that a meat free diet is in some way not optimal/unhealthy anymore than a...

Re: paleo "change your life in 30 days"
It would take a youtube video for me to believe you are really eating raw meat. But yeah, you are putting yourself at major risk of food poisoning and all kinds of bacterial problems.

Re: Peanutbutter
Again, the problem is that one person who has some sort of intolerance to gluten/dairy/etc. gets it in their head that since a particular food(s) doesn't agree with them that everyone should avoid...

My money says that those who scream the loudest about nutritional elitism don't eat the way they say they do in internet land. Like I told someone not long ago.... come here to get the rhetoric, go...

Re: Oatmeal?
True, doctors and scientists often come to different conclusions. My point was that I trust the conclusions of trained scientists over the bloggers that many here drool all over..... none of which...

Re: Whey Protein Isnt Evil..is It
What? Meat produces an insulin response. If you eat a steak, you will have a rise in insulin. It sure isn't only diary that does it. Even so, there's nothing wrong with an insulin response. Too many...
