Well, I gained only 5 lb, but not sure that it was fat. Since I was working out regularly prior to stopping cold, I kept eating protein, drinking milk, etc. and felt that I got bigger in my arms...

what's the worst deadlift injury you've seen?

Thanks Alex, I'll see what I can do. Just to make sure I understand, I can technically perform the same exercises you recommended 5-6 days a week? My doc said that I need at least 30mins of cardio....

Well, I'm 33 yr old, but my blood pressure has consistently been in 140-150/90-100 range and doc said to either do cardio or medicine. Regular workouts have not helped the bp.
