So I heard yes, but should limit to 2 nights per month. In general, I just wanted to hear it wouldnt wreck the entire CBL effort, which is doesnt. :pepper:

Cleaner carbs? "Tyring to eat healthy carbs--low glycemic or fibrous food items--will sabatoge your results." From the e-book. I assume when you say cleaner carbs you still mean high GI stuff.
