On Monday, 12/07/15 I received PRP in my knees. Does anyone know how long I need to weight until I can presume squatting and doing olympic lifts?

Thank you for the feedback. I am leaving the gym to take on a corporate job. I'm not even opening a gym or coaching anywhere else. I'm also leaving because this guy has caused so much hell...

I love mine. I feel more sturdy in these than the Nano 4.0's. The bottom of my feet don't cramp up after workouts, where I'm in such a hurry to take them off. They are heavier but that's ok with me....

Our gym hasn't had good experiences with Again Faster bars. They all start to bend. I can even tell when back squatting with a Rogue vs AF. I had a 3 month old member even tell me while snatching...

Yes these are the brand new 2013 bars and they were only about 2-3 months when they bent. The coating started to go around 2 weeks in. Really disappointed in them.

I have both the Pendlay bushing and bearing bar. I hate them both. The bushing is just awful. It bent within two weeks of having it and no matter how much oil I use on the collars it still doesn't...
