175 lb Back Squat for 5 x 5
100 Ring Push ups - feet elevated and at the end I worked some...

10 Clean and Jerks - 95 lbs
get outside as fast as possible and do 2 sprint sets gradual up hill slope (100-150 meters) with 30 seconds in between each
5 rounds - 31 minutes

Had to take another quick hiatus. I did have an 8 round tabata workout with DB swings (50 lbs), pullups, push ups, air squats, and sit ups about a week ago. That was brutal. Forgot to post though....
