long lay-off with a bad attitude. Kept up some weight training but met-cons fell by the wayside. Weight ballooned a little to 181, sitting at about 170 now still aiming for 160 and eating to that...

been stiff all week and not feeling well so training was left until today.

Joined in with a 40 minute class and enjoyed - shoulders really felt it! HR maxed out at 197, averaged 188.
