Re: 600m

Yes.

Also, go to your local track and do your practice inside the sand pit. I don't mean to start at the board and jump into the pit. Start inside the pit with your feet slightly buried and...

Re: Faster POSE running

I am unfamiliar with POSE, but I read a lot in the threads about this concept of pulling the foot up and allowing it to fall to the ground. Why does no one ever talk about "driving" while you run? ...

Re: Faster POSE running

Forward lean controls acceleration. You eventually reach a point at which you can't lean any further forward and have to run more upright. A good runner, however, will always have at least a slight...

Re: Faster POSE running

Speed is a function of stride length and turnover (foot speed).

Maximize both of those things in the most efficient way possible and you will maximize your speed. I don't know anything about POSE,...

Re: The daily grind (not really)

Re: Men are boys

In the ready room the other day, I saw CNN had some coverage of the rise of masculinity, or something along those lines. I didn't get to see or hear the coverage (we don't keep the volume up), and...

They would order/buy/cook the most...

Re: Just reached my goal!! Before and after pictures

Re: Underwear to make your butt look better and improve health... for guys!!!

I'm pretty sure there exists a thread about poetry already, but I couldn't find it in a search. We're halfway through April--National Poetry Month--and I thought maybe we could all share some of our...
