If you don't have stationary dip handles then you could do a more advanced version on the rings...it would probably help with your ring dips too:

Hey Marianne....The idea behind this WOD is combining Burpees with the knee raises because both are triceps/chest. So the better substitute with a CF exercise would be to hold an l-Sit or Tuck Sit...
