I wasn't just agonizingly sore, but a little, and I am trying to avoid overtraining. I will do some sprinting tomorrow.

As many rounds as possible of

5 Thrusters
7 hang power cleans
10 sumo deadlift high pulls

All with 95 pounds.

I just want to give myself one more day off. Sigh. I slept 15 hours yesterday and I can't seem to get motivated. This is the first time since I started CrossFit that I have felt motivational issues.:(

I am really feeling all the intense workouts I have been doing lately. Three times last night my back or neck started to cramp with normal movement. Also, my abs hurt so much it is painful to sneeze....
