Yeah you are right but part of their training is also always "skill training". Not many people train 3+ hours strength or endurance per day...

That was just what i thought. It really sounds that you are training too hard. Keep your workouts shorter and dont do too much in one day. Its impossible to work intensivly 3h per day so you should...

Yeah give it a go and tell me how you liked it! You can also adjust the weights heavier if you want but the key point is to tire your body with kettlebell swings by doing lots of reps (endurance)...

Ou i forgot to mention that!:) so i eat eggs, dairy and even fish sometimes but trying to keep fish consumption as low as possible. I already eat lots of soy foods and nuts and drink protein shakes.
