Re: RockTape Knee Caps are out.

What is the difference...

Re: What's the best degree for CF-Level 1 Cert

I would also toss some Psychology in there. I am looking at pursuing a masters in Sports Psyc after my degree. Understanding the mind and how to motivate people would also go a long way. If you could...

You are bang on. About a month ago my back felt completely pain free (it was an illusion). I was doing pistols and during my final rep re-aggravated my back to a point that was worse than I have ever...

Re: How can I decrease strength loss in the legs

Thanks for the reply. In response to being weary of forum advice, I like to think I know a respectful amount about physiology, the body (and my body) and feel that I can tell good advice from advice...

Re: Nano 3.0

I have been walking around in mine all day. I have some WIDE feet so these are great. I am still undecided as to whether I like the 2.0's or the 3.0's more. So far they are pretty much even in...

Edit: Even though the two colours are absolute eye-sores, I bought a pair to test out.

Re: Garage Gym vs CF Box

Good decision! I was relatively wasteful with my money and got things that I did not need (mainly for the plan of training with friends and family). I think you would be fine with just the stall mats...

Re: 1 Lifetime. 5 Movements. Choose Wisely.

If it is specific lifts/exercises I would go with:
1) Clean and Jerk
2) Snatch
3) Squat
4) Muscle Ups
5) Running

Pretty much covers anything required to win at life.
