No he has not. His whole career, Fedor has been fighting cans, has-beens, and puffed-up (eg fat) 185# fighters.

Fedor's biggest test to date was a Sam's Club grocery-cart clerk with 0 MMA...

I am all for going deep on squats. And C2B is, in a quite literal sense, the full range of motion. If your chest doesn't get to the bar, you could have done more -- but you can't put your chest...
