Thanks guys. Some people talking about switching fish types for the winter etc.
There is also some talk about increasing the risk of stroke and internal bleeding when taking more then 3gms of DHA....

Anyone got a definitive guide to fish oil?

Just wondering if anyone has a guide as to what type to take, whether you should switch types at different times of the year and how much you should take.

So far so good on the fish oil. 25 high strength caps a day seem to be doing the trick.
Might start back at boxing in a week!

It has evolved loads since then and you are only seeing a tiny bit of it. It has loads of metcon, kbs and running and it defo improves performance. I'm much fitter, stronger and have more endurance...

Diet has always been clean. Not strict paleo with dairy. Oats, sweet potato and green veg as carb, all protein sources including powder and whole milk, evoo, nuts, eggs. Just cut the crap out. Still...

Goats has less lactose, bit more protein but not as much vit D from memory.
I find it much easier to digest. Better for folks with allergies too. Goats rule.
