I actually asked Chris about this at my L1 Cert. He said that he's a sucker for intensity and will count the last rep or two if not done to standard as long as the indiviual is sqeakin out everything...

I use a leaf blower to dry my motorcycle after I wash it...works like a charm. I can have it looking top shelf in about 15 minutes no matter how dirty it is.

I lasted 12 minutes before 3 rounds in a row without any thrusters....by far the biggest ***** of a workout I've done in a very long time...this one hurt my feelings...lol:ranting2:

I was 225lbs when I went into Army Basic Training in Fort Knox. 11 weeks later I was 169lbs and ripped. It can happen with the proper unwaivering commitment.

I just had my first workout and my Quads are hit. Hams aren't too bad but Quads are sore. It does get better, I have lifted before and "started over again" several time in the past years and its like...
