Don't let knees slide foward too much, killing hip drive
push knees out hard
Hit lower depth
Drop weight and build...

Anyones significant other have no interest in exercise, let alone Crossfit?

Did a version of this workout today actually. It was 150 Burpee-Pull-ups for time: Did 150 in 22:30 15sets x 10 reps. It was rough, those last ten reps were really rough.
