Oh, I forgot to mention I'm lactose intolerant. So no GOMAD for me! But shots of olive oil is possible..hopefully.

Would you do something like: 5x5 thrusters and then fran, or would you do different strength work becuase you were going to do fran? Would you do heavy sets of something and then do the same exercise...
