Hello, I'm having this problem lately, when I do low height box jumps for reps in a wod I have no pain but when I do a max height jump I get low back pain, it seems the pain is related with the power...

Not really, I know what you're talking because I used to run in quite cold weather and sometimes I'd end tasting blood and feel some pain/discomfort lower in the throat, and this is a different...

Ok, I used to that too, but when I started doing cleans with 70kg 'dropping' the bar to my thigh became too stressfull and painfull in the shoulders, I weigth 80 kg and have similar strength levels...
