I would say 1.8gr per kg bodyweight if you just start out.
After that lower it tot 1.5gr per kg bodyweight.

I myself eat 200-225gr a day easily, while I weigh 90kg.

20sec max effort
40sec rust

20 rounds
(Rowed a total of 2,5km in 6:40min, 20sec x20)

Barbell Squats (10x3 75% 1RM)

Sorry but this is down right dumb...
You can still lose weight while drinking full fat milk if you keep your calories in check.
