Friday- Good fast warm up did some stretching at work. Hammies and shoulder warm up.

Warm up the back for the 20 rep set- 45,95,145,195,215 then 230# x 20 reps was hard at rep 11. Made it.

Just read that they are going to cut about 50% of the individuals after the first event. That is a long way to go and very expensive to get cut after the first workout. Then they go on cuts and more...

Wed- long workout session- Met Jeff my friend and we swam some laps at the 24.

Some 25M, 50M,100M and 1 150M. Then some 50 meter just kicking the board.

Tuesday guzzled water and no working out.

I got a sore throat after Sunday's session. I drank tons of water and pounded max vit-c.
