Re: Joist Mounted Rogue Ring Hanger

Out of curiosity why not just use 2 large eye bolt lag screws? Myself and buddies have used these on our 2x10 joists. They have close to 300lb capacity for each bolt and costs a couple bucks at...

I picked mine up for 25 bucks off craigslist so I would say hold out and find a good deal. Use the money elsewhere for something you can't find cheap.

Re: Running Shoes

Lots of opinions obviously but I'll throw mine in. With the desire to have a low heal to toe drop but also some cushioning for running on the road I have found these to be great. Only a 3mm drop...

I have both and feel myWod is superior in functionality. Timers pro cumbersome. Both can get the job done though. Except myWod has an advanced intervals timer timers pro does not.

Re: Again Faster Team Barbell - any Negatives ?

I'm interested in this question as well as I'm hoping they run a discount like they ran last year at this time. That would make my choice of AF Team Bar, Rouge Bar, Pendlay HD much easier to decide...

Re: Rounding the edges of wood plyo box? Yes or no?

I used a router to put a nice curved edge on my 20x24x30. Just go slow the first pass and it should be fine.

Re: new to CF.. need help on good pair of shoes

I have been impressed with the New Balance MX20 v1's from amazon.com for 48 dollars. Feel great and price was great. I do not like the fit/feel of the Inov8's 195s I have, but I use them just...

On Amazon the blue and yellow are 48 bucks. Just got mine in the mail. Seem true to size at the point.

Re: Need help with good brands and place to buy kettlebells?

I have both black and blue series from MD. While there isn't anything wrong with the black the blue are a higher build quality. Great price as well for either.
