If trying to go all-out for mass, I suggest foam rolling and PNF stretching daily to ensure proper recovery.

Foam roll your glutes, hams, lumbar, thoracic, IT bands, hip flexors. It's probably not a lower back flexibility issue, rather a hip flexibility one.

As far as I know, you should never do weighted plyometrics, as the forces exerted on your joints are extreme plus it may cause dysfunctional movement patterns.

Thoughts on my take on the zone

I am currently cutting bf down to around 10%. After I conclude this phase I am going to start the zone, or at least take some of its principles and incorporate them into my diet.
