if you have rubber mats. A bucket, a sponge, some simple green d pro 5 concentrate disinfectant cleaner. Vacuum the mats with a shop vac to get as much of the dirt and chalk up as possible. Otherwise...

I too hope this will open the flood gates on studies focused on better and more effective methods of improving fitness. Especially ones that benefit average people as well as athletes....
