I use Hydrobuilder. I find it helps me recover quicker and feel better faster after intense workouts. I drink it as soon as i'm done with my workout and feel like it helps me pretty significantly...

My question is which one of these two ways to attack the same wod will give me a better workout? Not a better time, but a better workout.
