anyone know of any good iphone apps or books (other then supple leopard) on mobility stuff?

Did the box as jumps as didn't realise you could step
Scored 110 which while not great I feel is respectable for only 6 months of crossfitting
And had no problems...

inov8 fastlift or reebok lifter?
I always train in vibram fivefingers and love these "barefoot" shoes, having 3 pairs!
I don't have any problems squatting in them or lifting, but recently started to get stuck on cleans and overhead...

Can I use 10kg and 1.25kg plates on a 20kg (equalling 42.5) and then some 0.5kg collars? Or does it have to be 43kg of plates/bar?
