Still feeling great, weight hasn't moved much, but I can feel a difference.

Today's workout started out with 16 rounds of sprints with 10 second sprints followed by 20 seconds rest.

Ahhh dangit, I found my answer in further research as soon as I posted the thread.

I'm still a bit confused on why people recommend only a .7ish activity level to someone working out hard 5-6 days...

15 modified a tad handstand pushups (tip of toes on high box)

Good point, I just noticed that 2 cups broccoli = 1 block, so I will look for some more dense veggies rather than trying to get 20 blocks of mostly fruit in per day. As much as I'd like to eat that...
