Fight Gone Bad with tabata protocol for each exercise was the worst so far. This week we tested out Annie for time and in time left out of 20 minutes, amrap:

15 kb swings (44lb/35lb)

I realize deadhang/weighted deadhang are best for strength, I was more looking to find which type is appropriate for when. It makes sense that butterfly builds speed/coordination. Thanks :)
