shoulder press: 4 x 10 @ 95 lbs
Bent over rows: 4 x 10 @ 95 for 3 sets then 110 for last one (new record)

1. it is a carcinogen just like cigarettes are and therefore is bad for you.
2. it kills brain cells and therefore won't help you focus better
