You seem pretty well set up, except for maybe two things.

First, you haven't mentioned your sleep. How is it? You need 8 to 9 hours of sleep every night to let your body make the changes it needs...

315 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
20 meter Sprint
14 One legged squats
21 Double-unders
20 meter Sprint
