I got the EXF Rings near the beginning of the summer and love them so far...no problems at all. I just throw them up on my kids' playground whenever I'm using them...

There are plenty of cheap ways to add a little resistance to home based workouts. You can make homemade medicine balls, bulgarian bags, etc. Just get creative.

They are cheap and come in a pack of 5...with some creativity as to where/how you attach them they are quite adjustable.

Does anyone have a good marinara recipe? The store bought stuff is either too high in sugar or too expensive...I love eating ground turkey, marinara, and veggies in a giant saucy kinda slop stuff :D

Just thinking out loud but if it is mostly in your gut it could be cortisol issue...stress (from anywhere, whether it is life or excessive training) elevates cortisol levels making stubborn fat even...

How does the Navy body fat system work? do they do measurements and go by height and weight or something?
Where is your bodyfat distributed currently? Is it mostly stomach, love handles?
