Re: what do you do when......
There is some evidence that eating too close to bedtime interferes with normal hormone function/release and that it may interfere with quality sleep (the 2 parts are probably one in the same). I know...

Re: How do you like your oats?
Its an infrequent treat, but I keep it simple with butter and maple syrup.
I also soak it overnight in water and a little kefir...helps mitigate the anti-nutrient issue.

Re: Tennis Elbow
What Brent said.
I tend to agree with the POV that often tendonitis issues stem from a biomechanical issue. High-rep, poorly done pull-ups can exacerbate it. Take a look at the CFJ for Tucker's...

They are both "OK", and as the other posts say, they're just different. My advice is to do both, maybe even alternating them in your training. You'll quickly figure out your favorite/best way, but...

Re: Salt intake
+1. Eliminate processed foods and don't worry about adding good salt (sea salt, Himalayan salt) to your food.

Re: Any main pagers left?
Performance art?
The thread was/is a ridiculous, inflammatory rant. To reference it as any sort of epidemiological evidence is even more ridiculous.
