Much as I despise the Smith machine, if you are going to "squat" in it 1/4ROM to 1/2ROM is about as deep as you would want to go. Spotters though? That's just plain dumb!!

Mate, the stuff I got is 5.90 for 2L. I think the disclaimer is because it is unpasteurised which is strictly controlled in Australia. It was only quite recently that unpasteurised cheese was allowed...

Many toilets in Asia have built in foot plates for that very purpose! I have also seen a man in Bangkok squatting on the edge of a standard western toilet. Impressive I thought!

Ice baths and all that is good immediately post workout but the best way to recover is to move. Stretching and mobilising is the start but you need to work the muscles to get the blood flowing....

If you are after a quick fix turn back now!!! Strength takes time just like any other aspect of fitness.
You definitely need to up the strength numbers quite considerably. You will make rapid gains...
