I do make progress but not like I should or sometimes do. I have always had trouble sleeping. In fact its so bad that I tend to get sick from over exaustion.

I eat a lot of food and I eat healthy....

Squat: 45lbs

Deadlift: 50lbs

I ended up buying a squat rack that includes a 2 pulleys and so she can do her lat pulldowns now.

Lightbulb Need help with protein math

Is this information accurate? And by that I mean is the math correct.

Is my conversion of g/kg to g/lb correct?

For the bottom intake of 1.5 g/kg here is what I did...

I took 0.45 x 1.5 = 0.67

I disagree.

Muscular endurance is just as made up as the word strength is. Muscular endurance is used to describe training with short rest periods, high reps (>12), and consequently lighter weight...

Her goal weight is 20 pounds I believe but I am sure she would love to lose more.

She is also interested in the benefits of strength training such as bone mineral density and being able to squat off...

I think we had a different idea of band pulldows. I meant wrapping a band(even a cheap walmart band) around the bar, sitting down, and then pulling it down while you are sitting.

I am currently training a woman who could be classified as obese. She is very large but she is not so large that she cant squat, deadlift, or even do a light jog.

I wanted to get everybodys opinion...
