If you live in Dothan, try CrossFit Embrace, Circle City CrossFit, CrossFit Dothan. CrossFit Embrace has over 300 members, I'm sure you could learn a thing or two from them.

Erik, I'm not sure if a 3 rack would be too much. Mine seems to be pretty solid so far with 260 lbs sitting on the second rack, so I would think that you should be fine.

The 10's and 15's need to be leaned towards the outside edge otherwise they tend to wanna fall over, but the 25's stand up nicely. You could always add a 2x4 piece in between the smaller sizes to...
