No. The whole point is it is NOT Subjective. I thought we were supposed to measure work capacity. Though you could measure power output too.

Yes but the original idea promoted by crossfit was that the needs/programming should differ only in intensity but not in kind for the average joe and the pro.

I think instead of focusing on the unknown and unknowable for the Games they should focus on a spectrum of modal and time domains but make the workouts and sports known ahead of time.
