Re: Compression Socks
Greg,
Are you planning on re-stocking the compression shorts? I have a few pairs now and would love to get some more.
They have held up amazingly well through lifting, rugby, hockey etc.

Re: Power Rack Mounting Question
I have the 30" bolt together R3 bolted to 3 sheets of plywood. I drilled holes and fed carriage bolts up from the bottom. I was not allowed to drill holes in the floor :(
It is very solid on the...

Re: Foam Roll Alternative for Travel
This works amazingly.
I wrapped hockey tape around each end to give it some traction on the floor (otherwise it 'shoots' from under me across the room.)

Re: lingering shoulder issue
I've had success running through the Shoulder Rehab protocol by Diesel Crew.
Doesn't take long to do each day and it helps getting the shoulders moving properly.

Re: Best bumper/bar combo deal?
If you contact Rogue you can swap the bumpers in the package. I got the HG bumpers with my Ohio Bar, R3, bench package since I like the lower bounce of the HGs.

Re: 5x5 for strengh
Agreed on the GSLP. It has been great for me to increase my numbers while maintaining some met-con ability.
I've been able to add olympic lifting before my GSLP lifting, as long as I'm able to...

Re: Pulled the Trigger
Smart idea getting the squat stands now, will give the ability to have a partner workout if you add a power rack or wall mount.
Are you building a lifting platform? I built one with plywood +...

Re: Pulled the Trigger
If you can change your order I would. I just read some reviews on Rogue's site, one guy claims it bent on a 315# squat.
Rogue acquired the equipment to manufacture bars in house. Their first bar...

Re: Pulled the Trigger
Congrats!
I find it odd that you'd spring for the competition plates but not a nicer bar than the econ.
Doubt you'd see any issues but it doesn't have a warranty.
The improvement Rogue made...

Re: Rogue R3 related question
Looking at the picture of the R6 it seems it is just a bolt-together item.
I have the 30" bolt-together R3 (love it btw). I would think that Rogue could put together a 30" version of the R6 as it...

Have you taken ZMA or another zinc/magnesium supplement at bedtime before?
I take ZMA regularly. It improves sleep quality and gives me intense dreams. I think this is reported by most.
So it...

Re: Buying first bar: Rogue Ohio vs Chan Bar
Ya not sure if the knurling is cut differently between the bars.

I was amazed how quiet the bar is...

You know they are the same bar with different knurling right?
The chan bar has a center knurl and more space before knurl on the ends to save shin scrape.
